Quasiparticles are mostly described in condensed matter physics, treats as particles that does not consists with matter. Its a disturbance in a medium that exactly behave like particle but in really it is not composed with matter. The analogy of Quasiparticles may be given as the bubble is a glass of beer, that is exactly not an object rather a phenomenon. This phenomenon is nothing but a displacement of the volume of liquid by carbon di oxide gas. Due to the role of determining the properties of matter, quasiparticles are widely described in solid state physics and nuclear physics.
There have some specific types of Quasiparticles. These are phonon, magnon, polaron and exciton.
Let us give an example of quasiparticles is electron quasiparticles. When electron moves through a semiconductor the motion of electron is distributed in a complex way due to several interaction among other particles and nuclei. Electron behave like different mass which is called effective mass. The electron is called electron quasiparticles.
Particles in standard model quasiparticles is not exactly found. Basically, it is neither a real nor theoretical particles. True is that it is a sort of particle.
Solid is basically made up of electron proton and nutron. In quasiparticle these are not each of these but an emergant phenomenon that occurs inside the solid.
